aDevs Inc commits to timely project delivery without compromising quality. Specific project timelines will be discussed and agreed upon in writing. Any delays caused by the Client, including lack of feedback or incomplete briefs, may extend timelines and will not be held against aDevs Inc.

5. Refund Policy

aDevs Inc provides digital products and services that are tailored to individual client requirements. Due to the nature of digital work, once a project has been approved or signed off by the client, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

If a client chooses to cancel the project after a milestone or phase has begun, the client is responsible for paying the full amount associated with that phase, regardless of how much work has been completed.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that conflict with this policy or that fall outside the agreed project terms.

6. Rejection of Refund

Refunds may be rejected in the following situations:

  • Project has been approved or signed off
  • Combo packages with multiple services
  • Cancellations unrelated to service quality
  • Lack of communication for over two weeks
  • Approval of primary designs or milestones
  • Engaging other providers for the same project
  • Incomplete creative brief or unclear project scope
  • Demands for complete design overhaul
  • Final files delivered and accepted
  • Requests made beyond the refund eligibility timeframe

7. Rejection Policy Related to Web Projects

Refunds may also be denied under these specific conditions:

  • Work partially done with time used
  • Poor or incomplete creative brief from client
  • Approval of web design before development
  • Website made live or deployed
  • Services such as domain or hosting already activated
  • No communication for 15+ days
  • Company name changes after project begins
  • Use of special promotional packages
  • Final project delivery acknowledged

Each request will be evaluated fairly and handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. NDA Policy

aDevs Inc is committed to protecting client confidentiality. Key terms include:

  • No sharing of personal or project information with third parties
  • Mutual agreement to avoid defamatory comments post-project
  • All staff and partners are bound to confidentiality agreements

9. Customer Support Policy

Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST time. After-hours support requests must be submitted via email. We prioritize prompt responses and customer satisfaction across all communication channels.

10. Technical Support Policy

aDevs Inc provides technical guidance for services we deliver. Key points include:

  • Support primarily covers design and development work
  • Basic instructions are provided for CMS and deployment
  • Client is responsible for managing third-party hosting issues
  • No SLA unless agreed in a separate maintenance plan
  • Training is not included unless explicitly purchased
  • Email setup help is limited to configuration instructions

Clients must ensure that they have the necessary resources to manage and maintain the systems we deliver unless a maintenance agreement is in place.

11. Limitation of Liability

aDevs Inc shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the past six months.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which aDevs Inc is legally registered. Disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

aDevs Inc reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
