Growth Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Growth Marketing Manager owns lead generation, funnel performance, and growth experiments at Adevs.

This role is not about posting on social media or running random campaigns. You are responsible for building a predictable flow of qualified leads for software development and enterprise consulting services.

You will define what to test, what to stop, and what to scale. You will manage execution through a small team and AI tools, and you will be accountable for outcomes, not activity.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Ownership

  • ✅ Own marketing-driven lead targets and pipeline contribution
  • ✅ Define channel strategy across inbound, outbound, paid, and partnerships
  • ✅ Translate business goals into clear weekly and monthly growth plans
  • ✅ Decide priorities based on data, not opinions

Funnel & Conversion

  • ✅ Own the full funnel: traffic → lead → MQL → SQL
  • ✅ Improve website and landing page conversion rates
  • ✅ Define lead qualification criteria with sales
  • ✅ Ensure tracking, attribution, and reporting are accurate

Content, SEO & Inbound (Oversight)

  • ✅ Own inbound growth strategy (not just content production)
  • ✅ Work with AI-assisted Content & SEO resources
  • ✅ Decide what content gets published and why
  • ✅ Ensure content supports authority, trust, and conversions

Campaigns & Experiments

  • ✅ Design and run growth experiments with clear success metrics
  • ✅ Kill underperforming initiatives quickly
  • ✅ Scale channels that show ROI
  • ✅ Document learnings and repeat what works

Team & Execution Management

  • ✅ Manage and mentor Digital Marketing Executives and specialists
  • ✅ Assign clear tasks with deadlines and expected outcomes
  • ✅ Review performance weekly and course-correct fast
  • ✅ Work with external designers, writers, and vendors as needed

Tools & Analytics

  • ✅ Own analytics, dashboards, and reporting
  • ✅ Ensure CRM, marketing automation, and tracking are working properly
  • ✅ Use data to guide decisions and communicate progress to leadership

Required Experience & Skills

  • ✅ 4–7+ years in growth marketing or demand generation
  • ✅ Experience in B2B software, SaaS, or IT services
  • ✅ Strong understanding of funnels, SEO, content, paid, and automation
  • ✅ Data-driven mindset with hands-on execution ability
  • ✅ Comfortable managing small teams and AI tools
  • ✅ Clear communicator who can defend decisions with data
